新產(chǎn)品系列包括了CL1,CL3和CL5三個(gè)型號(hào),具備從48路到72路單聲道+8路立體聲的輸入能力。同時(shí)全部型號(hào)都包含16個(gè)DCA和24個(gè)混音/8個(gè)矩陣輸出母線。
Yamaha獨(dú)創(chuàng)的Centralogic用戶界面被業(yè)界公認(rèn)為現(xiàn)有的最友好的數(shù)字操作環(huán)境,現(xiàn)行的“選定通道”界面也已經(jīng)融合到該先進(jìn)系統(tǒng)中,并優(yōu)化了多種增強(qiáng)的操作手段;全觸摸式高靈敏度的大尺寸顯示屏幕,可以幫助用戶快速地完成任何參數(shù)操作;“用戶自定義旋鈕”是另一種值得一提的新功能,不同于“用戶自定義鍵”,用戶可以將調(diào)音臺(tái)的多種參數(shù)功能分配到四個(gè)旋鈕,實(shí)現(xiàn)直接、快速的操作與訪問。
CL系列的EQ和效果器進(jìn)行了全面地?cái)U(kuò)展與改善。內(nèi)置的Effect Rack(效果器機(jī)架)采用了 VCM模擬電路建模技術(shù),另外還配備了通過與Rupert Neve先生本人緊密合作而設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)的帶有Rupert Neve Designs Portico 5033均衡器和Portico 5043壓縮器/限制器的Premium Rack。Yamaha與Rupert Neve Designs公司的通力合作始于2010年,合力開發(fā)基于Yamaha VCM (虛擬電路建模)技術(shù)的設(shè)備。Rupert Neve曾對(duì)Portico 5033均衡器和Portico 5043壓縮器等采用VCM技術(shù)后的產(chǎn)品做出過如下評(píng)述: “這是一個(gè)非常激動(dòng)人心的時(shí)刻,因?yàn)槲覀兊谝淮螌?/span>Rupert Neve聲音的強(qiáng)悍表現(xiàn)力應(yīng)用到了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)擴(kuò)聲領(lǐng)域。這一切歸功于Yamaha的VCM技術(shù)。我絕對(duì)相信這種聲音與原本的模擬聲沒有任何區(qū)別。” Yamaha研發(fā)中心的K博士(Dr. K ,Toshifumi Kunimoto先生) 、VCM 技術(shù)的開發(fā)者,對(duì)該技術(shù)同樣表示滿意: “我們已經(jīng)將VCM 技術(shù)推廣到音響效果和數(shù)字調(diào)音臺(tái)的廣闊領(lǐng)域,目前通過與Rupert Neve Designs公司卓有成效的合作,VCM 技術(shù)已成為一些最有價(jià)值的Portico產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。”
通過可擴(kuò)展的Audinate Dante?數(shù)字音頻網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行通訊,CL系列的多種組合和配置中還可以使用 Rio3224-D和Rio1608-D機(jī)架安裝型I/O接口設(shè)備。CL系列調(diào)音臺(tái)可以連接多達(dá)8臺(tái)I/O機(jī)架接口設(shè)備, 不僅如此,多臺(tái)CL調(diào)音臺(tái)還可以同時(shí)對(duì)同一I/O機(jī)架設(shè)備進(jìn)行控制。全新增加的增益補(bǔ)償功能,可以通過單一網(wǎng)絡(luò)整合FOH和監(jiān)聽位的控制,因此提供了更大規(guī)模數(shù)字現(xiàn)場(chǎng)擴(kuò)聲的能力。CL系列中使用的Dante模塊是與Audinate公司合作開發(fā)的。Audinate的CEO,Lee Ellison評(píng)價(jià)道: “我們很高興能在CL系列調(diào)音臺(tái)和I/O機(jī)架接口設(shè)備的開發(fā)過程中與Yamaha開展合作。Dante為Yamaha網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)與Dante虛擬聲卡以及其它任何Dante網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備之間連接提供了靈活、低延遲、高度擴(kuò)展、即插即用的網(wǎng)絡(luò)解決方案。我們相信融匯于這個(gè)新平臺(tái)的技術(shù)將為用戶提供難以想象的嶄新數(shù)字體驗(yàn)。”
CL調(diào)音臺(tái)附贈(zèng)了Steinberg的 “Nuendo Live” 錄音制作軟件,提供了最先進(jìn)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)多軌錄音和虛擬聲音檢查功能。Nuendo Live軟件的一大特點(diǎn)便在于其專門為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)錄音工作進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化,可以直接從CL調(diào)音臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)多種訪問和操作。Extension plug-in(擴(kuò)展插件),是一種可供調(diào)音臺(tái)和Nuendo Live進(jìn)行便捷通訊的應(yīng)用軟件,可以讓CL從調(diào)音臺(tái)的內(nèi)部界面實(shí)現(xiàn)諸如通道名復(fù)制、標(biāo)記和走帶控制等操作。Steinberg的常務(wù)董事Andreas Stelling說: “Nuendo Live不僅極其穩(wěn)定、易于使用,還能與最新一代的Yamaha現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)音臺(tái)無縫整合。這是Yamaha和Steinberg公司密切合作的又一成功范例。”
專門為iPad開發(fā)的CL StageMix應(yīng)用程序則提供了更大的靈活性,可以從舞臺(tái)或觀眾席等任意位置遠(yuǎn)程無線遙控并設(shè)置CL調(diào)音臺(tái)。Yamaha Console File Converter(Yamaha調(diào)音臺(tái)文件轉(zhuǎn)換器)是另一種非常實(shí)用的應(yīng)用軟件。它可以實(shí)現(xiàn)CL系列、PM5D、M7CL和LS9調(diào)音臺(tái)之間的數(shù)據(jù)共享,即使使用完全不同的調(diào)音臺(tái),一臺(tái)設(shè)備中的參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)也無需徹底重新編程就能復(fù)制到另外一臺(tái)上并使用。

兩種型號(hào)都可以通過Dante網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)議連接到調(diào)音臺(tái),傳輸?shù)投秳?dòng)、低延遲的數(shù)字音頻信號(hào)。
